What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we’ll check to see if your room is ready, and if so, we’ll be happy to check you in at no extra charge. If not, you’re welcome to use the luggage storage area.

What time do I need to check out?

Check-out is by 11 a.m. Late check-out (1 p.m.) is available for an additional fee of €25, subject to availability.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is optional and costs €19.50 per person for hotel guests. Guests who are not staying at the hotel can also have breakfast for €25 per person

What are the breakfast hours?

We serve breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. On weekends, holidays, and during school breaks, breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Does the hotel have parking?

Our hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. There are three public parking lots within walking distance of the hotel: Groenplaats (250 m), Brabo (250 m), and Grote Markt (270 m), at a rate of €25 per 24 hours.

Are there any affordable parking options nearby?

You can find affordable parking at Park & Ride facilities such as Luchtbal or Linkeroever for €1 per 24 hours. From there, you can easily reach the city center by public transportation.

Is there bicycle parking available?

Yes, you can safely park your bicycle here. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

Yes, hotel guests can store their luggage for free before check-in or after check-out between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of certified service dogs.

Is the hotel smoke-free?

Yes, the entire hotel is non-smoking. Violation of this smoking ban will result in a fine of €150.

Is a baby crib available?

Yes, cribs for children up to four years old are available upon request for €15. Please let the front desk know in advance.

Can I get a business invoice?

Yes, please provide the correct billing information and VAT number at check-in.

Can I get two separate beds?

This is possible in certain rooms. Please let us know your preference in advance so we can take it into account.

What if I want to book multiple rooms?

Special terms and conditions apply to group reservations of four or more rooms. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Are there any rules regarding sleep?

Yes, we ask our guests to keep the noise down between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. so that everyone can sleep peacefully.

What are the housekeeping hours?

Housekeeping is available between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. For stays of multiple nights, your room will be cleaned daily.

Is room service available?

Yes, room service is available from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and we will bring it to your room.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the hotel is easily accessible, and we have rooms that are wheelchair-accessible. We also have an elevator accessible from the ground floor, which makes your stay even more comfortable for guests with mobility issues.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. You can easily adjust the temperature yourself to ensure a comfortable stay, no matter the season.

Is there Wi-Fi, and is it free?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. You can easily connect to our network upon arrival.
